Actors Lee Joo-yeon, Jung Eun-ji, and Kim Ji-eun are set to appear on "Running Man" to deliver refreshing laughs that will beat the summer heat.

On the August 16 broadcast of SBS "Running Man" airing at 6 p.m., the cast will head to a unique summer getaway for the "Scratch Vacation" race to escape the intense heat wave.

During a recent recording, former girl group members turned actors Lee Joo-yeon and Jung Eun-ji, alongside popular actor Kim Ji-eun, joined as guests and showed off their exceptional variety show skills.

Jung Eun-ji amazed the cast and crew by performing a live rendition of her recently released new song on the spot, while Lee Joo-yeon drew attention by honestly confessing, "I used to put work before love, but now love comes before work, and I want to be in love."

When the members suddenly tried to set up a romance by asking, "What about Yang Sechan?", Lee Joo-yeon waved her hands and dropped a bombshell by saying, "I heard stories about Yang Sechan's past idol girlfriend." Flustered, Yang Sechan fired back with, "I know the people you've dated too," sparking a fierce exposure battle of past romances instead of a romantic vibe.

Meanwhile, the members enjoyed their vacation by exploring a cave whose space had been sealed and closed off to the public for 114 years and revealed on a broadcast for the first time, as well as visiting a cool valley and experiencing a chilling ghost tour.

However, the moment the rule was announced that vacation expenses had to be split and paid through a "loyalty game," the scene instantly transformed into a battlefield of subtle psychological warfare and betrayal. All eyes are on who will end up as the unfortunate protagonist to be hit with a "cost bomb" after passing the payment onto others.

The unexpected charms of Lee Joo-yeon, Jung Eun-ji, and Kim Ji-eun, along with the unpredictable "Scratch Vacation" race, will be revealed on "Running Man" airing on Sunday, August 16 at 6 p.m.
