TWICE member CHAEYOUNG and singer Zion.T have officially denied rumors that they have broken up.
On the 14th, the agencies representing both Zion.T and CHAEYOUNG released an official statement saying, "After checking with the artists themselves, the two are still maintaining a good relationship and continuing their relationship in a positive manner."
Earlier that day, a media outlet reported that the two had naturally drifted apart due to their busy schedules and broken up. However, the agencies for both sides refuted the report, stating that they confirmed the facts directly with the artists.
Both companies also announced a firm response to the spread of false information. They warned, "We will continuously monitor to prevent the artists' reputations from being damaged by baseless speculative articles, the spread of false information contrary to the facts, and malicious posts," adding, "We will take strong legal action against sensational reports and distribution regarding unconfirmed facts."
Zion.T and CHAEYOUNG became embroiled in dating rumors in April 2024, at which time the agencies for both sides acknowledged their relationship, stating that the two were meeting with good feelings. Since then, the two have continued their public relationship, overcoming a 10-year age gap.
