The main opposition Democratic Party of Korea held its second televised debate today (August 5) ahead of its upcoming August 17 national convention. Candidates Song Young-gil, Jung Chung-rae, and Kim Min-seok (in ballot order) engaged in a fierce battle over issues including leveraged ETFs, prosecution reform, and alleged interference by the Shincheonji religious sect.
