Speaking at a Supreme Council meeting held at the National Assembly today (the 5th), the Acting Leader emphasized, "President Lee Jae-myung diagnosed during a housing inspection meeting that the stagnation in housing supply continuing since 2022 has led to a supply cliff, and instructed a complete overhaul of existing supply measures."
He continued, "The Democratic Party will also mobilize all relevant standing committees to expand and reorganize the Housing Market Task Force (TF)," adding, "Not only the Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee and the Public Administration and Security Committee, but also the Strategy and Finance Committee and the National Policy Committee will participate to examine the overall real estate market carefully over the long term."
He also added, "Based on the voices of the public and specific cases from the field, we will roll up our sleeves to prepare necessary supplementary measures."
