LIM YOUNGWOONG fell in love with Cha Seung-won's special dakgomtang.
On the August 4th broadcast of the SBS program "High Valley, Top Hero", Cha Seung-won showcased his North Korean-style chicken soup, dakgomtang.
In this episode, Cha Seung-won prepared the dish in his signature "Chajumma" mode. He shredded chicken meat and seasoned it well with fresh garlic, red pepper powder, and green onions to create the topping for the dakgomtang.
In particular, he put on a fun performance for the cameras while preparing the topping, which earned the full respect of the younger cast members.
The dish is completed by pouring the rich, long-simmered chicken broth over rice and adding the spicy seasoned chicken on top. After tasting Chajumma's North Korean-style dakgomtang, LIM YOUNGWOONG expressed his admiration, saying, "It is really delicious. How am I supposed to describe this?"
LIM YOUNGWOONG emptied his bowl without leaving a single drop of broth. He praised Cha Seung-won's dakgomtang by saying, "I couldn't leave anything. This is the first time I've eaten everything since coming here."
