A blackout hit areas of Doksan-dong in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, causing inconvenience for around 90 households.

According to Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), a neutral wire installed on a utility pole overheated and snapped at around 11:10 PM yesterday (July 31), cutting off electricity to 91 nearby households.

KEPCO received five reports related to the blackout.
