Professional basketball player Lee Gwan-hee and influencer Yu Si-eun, both contestants of "Single's Inferno 3", have officially confirmed they are in a relationship.
On the 29th, Lee and Yu released a joint statement through their respective social media accounts to share the news of their romance directly.
The two stated, "Today, we want to directly share some joyful news regarding the two of us. Amidst the warm interest that many of you have sent us, we have quietly taken the time to get to know each other, and we are now greeting you like this to share our sincere feelings directly."
They added, "We plan to continue cherishing and supporting each other while building a beautiful love. We ask for your continued interest and warm support."
The two appeared together on the Netflix reality show "Single's Inferno 3", which was released in December 2023, but did not end up as a final couple on the show. However, they reportedly continued their relationship after the show ended and developed into a formal couple in December of last year. Lee was born in 1988 and Yu in 1997, making their age gap 9 years.
Meanwhile, Lee plays for the Seoul Samsung Thunders in the Korean Basketball League (KBL) and has appeared in various variety shows such as "Bloody Game". Yu, who won "Sun" at the 2022 Miss Korea pageant, is currently active as an influencer and YouTuber.
