Massive wildfires sweeping through France and Spain have forced more than 330,000 residents to urgently evacuate.
In France, wildfires in the southwestern region have caused 220,000 people to evacuate, burning approximately 42,000 hectares.
In Spain, where the first fatality from these fires has been reported, uncontrolled blazes west of the capital Madrid and in eastern regions have forced 115,000 people to evacuate and destroyed about 45,000 hectares.
