41-year-old NBA superstar LeBron James is transferring to Philadelphia.
Instead of retiring, he has decided to play for two more years and burn his final flames.
LeBron James, who recently parted ways with the Lakers where he spent eight years, had been drawing the undivided attention of basketball fans around the world over whether he would retire or continue his playing career with another team.
He officially announced his move to Philadelphia through his social media.
He stated that Philadelphia will be the "final decision" of his playing career, and local media reported that James is signing a two-year contract.
Born in 1984, James, who will turn 42 in December of this year, is a "living legend" holding the NBA records for the most career points and most games played.
Wearing a new uniform, he is set to face his 24th season.
