60-Year-Old with Dementia Missing for Four Days in Jincheon... Authorities Launch Search

Police and fire authorities are searching for a person in their 60s with dementia who has been missing for four days in Jincheon, North Chungcheong Province.

According to the fire authorities, a report was filed by the family at around 1:00 p.m. on the 21st stating that a person with dementia, identified as A, had gone missing.

A reportedly left their home alone in Jincheon-eup, Jincheon-gun, at around 5:00 p.m. on the 20th and has not been heard from since.

Fire authorities searched nearby mountains and surrounding areas until 6:00 p.m. the previous day without locating A, and resumed the search today (the 23rd).

A was reportedly reported missing once before in May as well, but was found after two days.
