A man has been caught by the police for secretly filming a woman's body at the Bupyeong Station underground shopping mall in Incheon.
The Incheon Bupyeong Police Station announced today (July 22) that it has apprehended and is investigating a man in his 30s, referred to as A, on charges of filming by use of cameras and other devices under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes.
A is suspected of using his cell phone camera to illegally film the lower body of a woman at the Bupyeong Station underground shopping mall in Incheon on July 15.
Responding to a report stating that someone was taking hidden camera footage, the police arrived at the scene and arrested A in the act.
A is reported to have confessed to all the charges at the scene.
Considering the possibility that there may be multiple other illicit recordings on A's cell phone, the police have requested a digital forensic analysis while investigating A for any additional offenses.
