RESCENE Moves From 44-Year-Old Villa to Spacious 67-Pyeong Home, Says Their Former Place Became a "Lucky Charm" for Girl Groups

RESCENE, the group currently writing a miracle story for a small-to-medium agency by topping domestic music charts, has moved out of the dorm where they endured their trainee and rookie days into a new home.

RESCENE revealed their new dorm for the first time on the July 11 broadcast of MBC's "Point of Omniscient Interfere." The members entered the new home without knowing the layout beforehand, and they burst into cheers the moment they opened the front door. Unable to hide their surprise, the members exclaimed, "Is this our house?", "How many pyeong is it?", and "It is so pretty," and were amazed once again when they were told it was approximately 67 pyeong in size.

Above all, what made the members cheer the most was the bathroom situation. In their previous dorm, the five members had to share a single bathroom. It is known that they lived in such cramped conditions that while one person was using the toilet, two others would be showering and two more would be brushing their teeth. In contrast, the new dorm has three bathrooms. The members could not hide their joy, saying, "We could even sleep in the bathroom."

Furthermore, while the members had to use bunk beds in their old dorm, they now have their own cozy individual beds. They were moved again as they toured the new home, which features a spacious living room, a kitchen, a separate dining area, and air conditioning in every room, repeatedly saying, "We are so happy."

Previously, RESCENE lived in an old villa in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, that was 44 years old. According to a recent real estate site, the villa had a dedicated area of approximately 38 pyeong, consisting of four rooms and one bathroom. The terms were a deposit of 50 million KRW and a monthly rent of 3 million KRW. It is reported that as RESCENE achieved good results while living in this dorm, the description "trainee dorm recommendation" was added to the real estate listing.

RESCENE's "LOVE ATTACK," released in August 2024, saw a resurgence two years later, and their recently released "Pretty Girl" has also been causing a sensation, even reaching number 1 on the Melon Top 100 chart.
