The Mongolian honor guard shouted, "Khundit Yuruunkhiilugch, amralt irii" (Respected President, loyalty) in Mongolian to President Lee.

After the welcome ceremony, President Lee signed the guestbook and is scheduled to hold a summit with President Khurelsukh.
The summit is expected to focus on cooperation for peace and stability on the Korean Peninsula and in the region, as well as the expansion of exchanges related to critical mineral supply chains.
On the occasion of the summit, the two leaders also plan to issue a joint declaration titled "The Golden Age of Korea-Mongolia Relations," which outlines a future vision for the bilateral relationship.
