Officials from election commissions in Gwanak-gu, Seodaemun-gu, Gangseo-gu, Jungnang-gu, and Mapo-gu, where no ballot shortages occurred, have also been summoned as witnesses. The joint investigation team also called in a member of the Seocho-gu election commission as a witness today to understand the process behind the decision to set the lower limit for the number of printed ballots at 50 percent.
