Man in His 60s Found Dead in Stream in Seocheon, South Chungcheong Province

At approximately 6:30 p.m. today (July 3), a local resident reported to the 119 emergency service that a person was found in a stream in Gisan-myeon, Seocheon-gun, South Chungcheong Province.

Fire authorities arrived at the scene following the report and recovered the body, which police later identified as a man in his 60s.

It was reported that while the body showed signs of decomposition, the level of decay was not severe.

The police plan to request an autopsy from the National Forensic Service to determine the exact cause of death.
