▲ Earthquake in Japan
The Korea Meteorological Administration, citing foreign observation agencies, reported that a 6.0 magnitude earthquake occurred at 9:08 p.m. today (July 1) in waters 115 km east-northeast of Morioka, Iwate Prefecture, Japan.
The epicenter is located at 40.10 degrees north latitude and 142.40 degrees east longitude, at a depth of 40 km.
