Kwang-hee has confessed that he once suffered from celebrity disease.
On the episode of SBS's 'Running Man' that aired yesterday (June 28), Hwang Kwang-hee and Lee Se-hee appeared as guests.
Upon Kwang-hee's arrival, the members pointed out the absence of shoulder pads, saying, "Your shoulders look natural." Kwang-hee drew attention by replying, "I don't have pads. I didn't bulk up. I just wanted to look tough."
Yoo Jae-suk and Yang Se-chan then remarked, "There were many rumors that you weren't doing variety shows for a while because you had 'the disease.'"
Kwang-hee then brought up the rumors about himself, saying, "They said I had celebrity disease. That I was acting like a star," which drew laughter. Ji Suk-jin asked, "If you weren't going to do shows, you should have just stopped completely. What was that about?"
Kwang-hee expressed his disappointment toward Yoo Jae-suk, saying, "I was so hungry for popularity. These days, when I walk down the street, people ask me why I'm not on TV and if Yoo Jae-suk abandoned me." He added, "Did you abandon me? Tell me. You're always hanging out with other younger brothers. You're taking Byun Woo-seok around."
Kwang-hee then suddenly explained the reason he had developed celebrity disease, saying, "I wanted to live like a celebrity, too. So, I followed all the hot performances and went to Coachella," which made everyone laugh.
