KHS Agency, which claims to be the first Hollywood-style agency in Korea, has established a strategic collaboration system with representative clients and corporate partners across various fields ahead of its first anniversary.
KHS has secured a wide-ranging lineup including actors (Lee Young-ae, Choi Myung-gil, Hwang Jung-eum, etc.), singers (Ock Joo-hyun, Bada, Hong Jin-young, Luna, etc.), as well as directors (Yim Soon-rye, Lee Byung-hun, Son Jae-gon), writers (Jo Yoon-young, Jo Myung-jin), and expert celebrities (Noh Hee-young, Ko Duck-ho, Olivia). Furthermore, by forming partnerships with leading domestic entertainment companies such as Cube Entertainment and K-Plus, the agency is conducting global business to market works domestically and internationally and maximize the value of intellectual property (IP).
According to KHS, the agency recognizes not only actors and singers but also directors, writers, and experts as intellectual property (IP) holders. It provides "total agency services" that offer integrated support for their global expansion, contract negotiations, image branding, and risk management.
In addition, rather than replacing the roles of existing management companies, the agency focuses on a "two-track" model that creates synergy by dividing expertise. Existing agencies handle daily activities such as on-site management, while KHS specializes in global business and IP projects. This allows artists who are already signed with management companies to receive professional support through separate contracts.
KHS is acting as a global business hub through partnerships with domestic entertainment companies such as Cube Entertainment and K-Plus.
Kang Ho-sung, CEO of KHS, stated, "We will establish a global standard system for K-Entertainment through a collaborative model that coexists with existing management companies." KHS plans to solidify its position in the global market by expanding the scope of collaboration with its clients in the future.
