Singer T.O.P, formerly of the group BIGBANG, will hold a large-scale free fan meeting in Japan, setting up a special reunion with fans who have waited for a long time.
According to his agency TOPSPOT PICTURES on June 2, T.O.P will hold a solo fan meeting on July 9 at 6 p.m. at PIA ARENA MM in Yokohama, Japan.
The fan meeting is open exclusively to official Japanese paid membership holders and will take place in a large arena with a capacity of approximately 10,000, featuring an unprecedented "free invitation for all seats" format. The event holds special significance as T.O.P personally planned it to express his gratitude to fans who have consistently offered their unwavering support over the years.
Notably, Furuya Masayuki, widely recognized as Japan's representative "Hallyu MC," will host the event and showcase his chemistry with T.O.P. T.O.P is reportedly busy preparing for the fan meeting, which will feature sincere conversations with fans, various events, and special segments.
The event is drawing even more attention as it coincides with the global success of his recently released first full-length album, "ANOTHER DIMENSION." With this album, T.O.P topped the iTunes album charts in 15 countries worldwide and recorded approximately 1.47 million streams on Spotify on its first day of release. He also entered the U.S. Billboard World Albums Chart at No. 20, proving the passionate interest of global fans.
Returning to his musical activities after a long hiatus, T.O.P plans to communicate directly with local fans and convey his gratitude through this fan meeting.
