The 'vicious chaebol' Heo Nam-jun of 'My Royal Nemesis' is launching a full-scale operation to recruit the 'Joseon villainess' Lim Ji-yeon.

Ahead of the third episode airing on the 15th, the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'My Royal Nemesis' (written by Kang Hyun-joo, directed by Han Tae-seop) captured attention by releasing a unique two-shot of unknown actress Shin Seo-ri (played by Lim Ji-yeon) and third-generation chaebol Cha Se-gye (played by Heo Nam-jun) at a barbecue restaurant.

In the released stills, the two are sitting across from each other in a shabby barbecue joint rather than a high-end restaurant, creating a stark contrast in atmosphere. Cha Se-gye, known as a 'monster born of capitalism,' has launched a 'customized Hanwoo offensive' to hit the mark with Shin Seo-ri's tastes. Shin Seo-ri's bright smile as she cannot hide her joy while looking at the meat on the grill, and the way Cha Se-gye cannot take his eyes off her, create a subtle sense of excitement and hint at a tension that goes beyond a mere business relationship.

The previous episode depicted the process of Shin Seo-ri, possessed by the soul of the Joseon villainess Kang Dan-sim, becoming a viral celebrity overnight thanks to the 'Hee-bin possession meme.' As Cha Se-gye declared to Shin Seo-ri at the end of the second episode, "I need you. Desperately," curiosity is mounting over whether she will accept his proposal.

The explosive romantic comedy between a Joseon villainess and a modern-day chaebol, 'My Royal Nemesis,' will air its third episode on the 15th at 9:50 PM.
