Rapper Swings has announced that he is venturing into independent film production, following his recent acting activities.

On the YouTube channel run by Swings, fellow rappers Yang Hong-won and NO:EL appeared to share a conversation. Yang Hong-won and NO:EL are set to maintain the loyalty they have shown since their rookie days by renewing their exclusive contracts with Indigo Music, which is led by Swings.

On this day, Swings explained the status of the project, saying, "I am making an independent film, and the script is almost finished. I have been writing it for nearly a year, and we are now ready to begin filming." He added, "I have also cast the actors," drawing attention to the project.

The star of Swings' new film is none other than rapper Yang Hong-won.

Recalling the moment he received the casting offer, Yang Hong-won shared his honest feelings: "I had gone out to buy ice cream, saw a call from Swings, and called him back. He asked, 'I'm making a movie, do you want to do it?' At that moment, it felt just like when he asked me, 'Do you want to go on 'Show Me the Money' for the first time?' It felt burdensome and nerve-wracking."

In response, Swings expressed his confidence, stating, "It is a role that will show a different side of Yang Hong-won than what people are used to. It is a significant part, and it will have a strong impact." He added, "I plan to deliver the script once it is finalized, and the release will be sooner than you think."

Swings also touched upon his relationship with Yang Hong-won and NO:EL. He expressed his affection, saying, "The three of us have spent a lot of difficult times together, and we are all part of the same Indigo Music family. I am truly proud of them."
