Singer Yuk Jung-wan is joining SBS’s " Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny", pulling back the curtain on the real day-to-day life of a husband in his 10th year of marriage.
At the end of the April 14 episode, a teaser announced Yuk Jung-wan’s addition to the show. He previously showed his single life on a variety program before getting married, but this is the first time he’s revealing his married life―raising expectations.
In the preview, Yuk appears sleeping in ripped thermal underwear, giving total “living off the grid” vibes. Waking up late without his wife, he smiles and mutters to himself, “She’s gone, she’s gone.” Then he lays out a full spread of delivery food―with beer and soju in the morning―serving peak “free husband” energy. Later, he hits his go-to market alone, easily chatting with vendors and showing off his trademark wit and upbeat charm.
But once back home, the mood shifts. Looking a bit lonely, he calls his wife to ask, “When are you coming back?”―classic clingy husband mode―only for her to casually reply, “Enjoy,” prompting laughs.
How does a 10th-year couple like Yuk Jung-wan and his wife navigate their “same bed, different dreams” moments? Their first-ever look at married life will air on " Same Bed, Different Dreams 2: You Are My Destiny" on Tuesday, April 21 at 10:30 p.m.
