Singer-actor T.O.P, formerly of BIGBANG, is releasing his first solo full-length album 20 years after his debut.
According to his label TOPSPOT PICTURES on the 20th, T.O.P will drop his first studio album, ‘ANOTHER DIMENSION,’ on April 3 at 6 p.m. Pre-orders open the same day at 3 p.m. through various online music retailers.
This is T.O.P’s first solo studio project since his 2006 debut, and his first music activity since leaving BIGBANG in 2023, drawing major attention.
Teaser clips released ahead of the launch are ramping up hype. The teaser for the double title track ‘Studio54’ makes a bold impact with unique typography and sound design, while the ‘DESPERADO’ teaser stands out with cinematic mise-en-scene and stylish direction.
“The album was meticulously crafted over a long period, with T.O.P leading the overall production himself,” the label said. “Fans will experience his deepened musical universe in full.”
T.O.P returns to music with this new release after a long hiatus following his 2013 digital single ‘DOOM DADA.’ While continuing his acting career, he is set to showcase an even broader artistic vision through this album.
