QWER teamed up with fans for a warm act of giving.
The group donated 30 million won to the Asan Medical Center Children's Hospital. The gift, aimed at improving treatment environments for young patients, came entirely from proceeds raised at a flea market QWER hosted with their official fan club, BAWIGE, on the 1st of last month.
QWER also visited the children's hospital in person to send encouragement to a fan battling illness. The members spent meaningful time connecting with pediatric cancer patients, including taking part in art activities together.
"We’re grateful we could help, even a little, with the children’s treatment," QWER said. "We sincerely cheer for them to overcome their illnesses and achieve the dreams they each hope for."
The donation will be used to improve medical facilities and environments for pediatric and adolescent patients, support at-home medical care for critically ill children, and operate psychological healing programs.
Meanwhile, QWER will hold an encore concert, 'QWER 1ST WORLD TOUR 'ROCKATION : HOMECOMING' ENCORE IN SEOUL,' from the 20th to the 22nd at Ticketlink Live Arena in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul. The show will close out their debut world tour with high-quality band performances.
