Seoul City will roll out traffic control measures ― including having subways pass through without stopping ― around Gwanghwamun Plaza, where BTS’s comeback show will take place.

The city announced viewing guidance via its official social channels for “BTS 2026 Comeback Show @ Seoul,” set for the 21st at Gwanghwamun Plaza.

According to the city, on show day, trains will skip Gwanghwamun Station, City Hall Station, and Gyeongbokgung Station, which are expected to be crowded, and some station exits may be closed. Depending on conditions, additional measures could be applied at nearby stations such as Euljiro 1-ga Station.

Some bus routes will be temporarily detoured that day, and rentals and returns for the Seoul Public Bicycle “Ttareungi” service will be suspended. The city will also immediately guide and take action against disorderly conduct near the venue, such as camping out or lining up on sidewalks.

For the safety of concertgoers and residents, the city will operate about 2,000 open and portable toilets and will launch an integrated information page with traffic and safety updates on the 11th.

Seoul City said, “We will work with related agencies to ensure on-site order and safety so that the artists, fans, and citizens can enjoy the concert safely.”

BTS’s new album “ARIRANG” will be released at 1 p.m. on the 20th.
