Actor Lee Jung-ha, 28, has officially begun his mandatory military service.
Lee reported for duty this morning (26) at the Marine Corps education and training center in Pohang, launching his enlistment.
His agency Namoo Actors previously announced his acceptance into the Marine Corps in December, thanking fans for their steady support and asking them to cheer him on as he serves and returns more mature after completing duty.
Because of his enlistment, Lee will not join production on Season 2 of Disney+ series "Moving." Lee became a breakout star as Kim Bong-seok in the hit 2023 series. With Season 2 confirmed, the role is expected to be recast in his absence.
Born in 1998, Lee made his debut in 2017 with a web drama and has since appeared in series including "Run On," "Nevertheless," and "Good Boy," before soaring to stardom with "Moving."
