Comedian Ji Sang-ryeol dropped by SBS POWER FM’s “Fun Fun Today,” dishing on his new romance and bringing plenty of laughs to the morning show.
On the January 22 broadcast of the 107.7MHz program hosted by Lee In-gwon, Ji ― currently happily coupled up ― charmed listeners with candid stories about dating Shin Boram, who is 16 years his junior.
Known as one of showbiz’s legendary drinkers, Ji joked that his girlfriend keeps him in check. “She doesn’t expect me to quit drinking, but she gave me a limit ― three bottles,” he said with a grin. “I’m so grateful she understands me. I stick to the three-bottle rule,” he added, showing just how smitten he is.
He also shared a playful wedding wish that nods to his Incheon roots. “It’s just my idea for now, but if we get married, I’d love to do it at Incheon Munhak Stadium,” Ji said. “Boram thought it sounded fun, too.” He even promised, “If I do get married, I’m inviting DJ Lee In-gwon,” turning the studio extra sweet.
Single host Lee couldn’t hide his envy as the adorable stories kept rolling, and listeners flooded the show with messages like, “Ji, you’re the best ― can’t wait for good news,” and “Your quick wit has us wide awake this morning. We’re rooting for your love!”
Throughout the show, Ji fired off bold, funny advice to callers, keeping the laughs coming. He wrapped with a warm promise: “I’ll come back anytime.”
