Tving’s original dating series "EXchange 4" is back in the spotlight just two days before the finale, thanks to a flurry of newly public cast Instagram accounts.
On the 19th, the cast opened their personal accounts all at once. Kwak Min-kyung’s follower count blew past 470,000 within a day, quickly zeroing in on the 500,000 mark ― a social proof of how the show’s late-season buzz has spilled over online.
Kwak also posted serene photos from Jeju Island, sending fans into theory mode. In the January 14 episode, she told Jo Yoo-sik during an X-Date that she’d never been to Jeju and wanted to go. With that line fresh in viewers’ minds, the Jeju shots are being read as a possible reunion spoiler.
Other cast accounts are drawing just as many eyeballs. Jeong Won-gyu shared a solo shot taken in Japan with Car, the garden’s “My Whole World” as the soundtrack, prompting speculation that he’s hinting at a reunion with Park Ji-hyeon. On "EXchange 4", the pair often listened to the track while dating, and Jeong even referenced it in a handwritten letter as a sign he hoped to get back together.
Meanwhile, Park Hyun-ji and Seong Baek-hyun have yet to launch their accounts ― a silence that some fans think points to a reunion outcome in the final choice. Despite five years apart, the two admitted on their X-Date that their feelings weren’t fully resolved, leaving them visibly conflicted.
"EXchange" has always hinged on one question: rekindle an old flame or take a chance on someone new? With the final choices looming, every post is being dissected for clues, sending anticipation into overdrive. The Season 4 finale drops January 21, and all eyes are on whether the producers’ last twist will upend fan predictions.
