IVE leader ANYUJIN is making a surprise appearance on SBS’s "Manager Seojin".
The Jan. 9 episode of SBS’s "Manager Seojin" will welcome ANYUJIN as its fourteenth “my star,” fulfilling a booking Kim Kwang-gyu has been campaigning for since the show’s press launch.
Since debut, IVE has racked up a staggering 74 music-show trophies, cementing its status as a global K-pop powerhouse. ANYUJIN has become a bona fide variety favorite too, winning fans with her bright confidence and quick wit across multiple shows.
In a previously released teaser, ANYUJIN shows off the poise she brought to the 2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon, breaking down her “queen mindset” and even teaching the "Manager Seojin" crew a few on-stage gestures. Kim Kwang-gyu, however, quips, “The band Queen…?” perfectly capturing the generational gap. Viewers are also buzzing over the first on-screen meeting between “Na Young-seok’s persona” Lee Seo-jin and “Na Young-seok’s daughter” ANYUJIN, calling it “Na PD’s dimple multiverse,” “a long-overdue family reunion,” and “an irresistible combo.”
Playing “uncles” for the day, the "Manager Seojin" team throws ANYUJIN a surprise Christmas home party. After her dawn-to-night schedule, they greet her with a home-cooked meal and some wonderfully over-the-top industry wisdom. “Can’t believe it’s just the three of us spending Christmas,” ANYUJIN says with a sly smile, teasing what’s to come.
