Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin are paying it forward again this holiday season, donating 200 million won to support patients in need of medical care.
The funds will help cover treatment costs for pediatric and adolescent patients at Samsung Medical Center, as well as low-income patients facing financial hardship.
In a brief statement, the couple said, “We hope this can ease, even a little, the burden on patients undergoing treatment and their families.”
The pair have made year-end giving a tradition. Last winter, they donated a total of 300 million won to Asan Medical Center and Samsung Medical Center. With their latest gift, they aim to provide comfort and practical support to families navigating difficult treatment journeys.
