A Korean court has granted a request from comedian Park Na-rae’s former managers to put a preliminary freeze on some of her real estate assets.

On the 29th, Channel A News reported that the court approved a provisional attachment of roughly 100 million won. As a result, a portion of Park’s property cannot be sold or transferred until a broader civil case is resolved.

The ex-managers filed for the attachment on Dec. 3 with the Seoul Western District Court. They allege workplace harassment, aggravated assault, involvement in proxy prescriptions and unlawful medical treatments, and unpaid work-related fees and expenses, and have signaled a damages suit seeking around 100 million won. After the filing, Park reportedly registered a mortgage of about 4.9 billion won against her property.

Park has denied the accusations and countersued the former managers for attempted extortion. The ex-managers later filed additional complaints, accusing her of embezzlement for allegedly listing an ex-boyfriend as a fake employee and wiring him money as “salary,” as well as filing complaints over aggravated assault and defamation.

Since the dispute went public, Park has stepped away from the variety shows she had been appearing on.
