Stray Kids have notched their eighth consecutive No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with SKZ IT TAPE: 'DO IT', setting another milestone. Through JYP Entertainment, the group shared a heartfelt message: “2025 feels like a year we’ll never forget.”
“We can hardly believe it. From a world tour that practically circled the globe seven times, to seven―then eight―straight No. 1s on the Billboard 200, plus grand prizes at major award shows―none of this would’ve happened without STAY,” the group said, thanking their fandom. “Thank you for always backing our choices and being our compass. We’ll keep walking our own path.”
Released on November 21, SKZ IT TAPE: 'DO IT' moved about 295,000 units in its first week in the U.S., debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 dated December 6.
With eight Billboard 200 chart-toppers, Stray Kids now rank behind only The Beatles and The Rolling Stones for the most No. 1 albums among groups globally, tying U2.
They also extended their own mark―set with their seventh No. 1 album, 'KARMA'―as the 2000s’ group with the most Billboard 200 No. 1s, further cementing their position at the top with eight shining projects.
The set also landed high on the U.K.’s Official Albums Chart, Australia’s ARIA Albums Chart, and the Spotify Global charts, underscoring the group’s worldwide reach.
Fresh off two Billboard milestones this year and a sweep of major year-end awards, Stray Kids added, “Like the album’s message―‘act boldly now with conviction’―we’ll keep creating moments that make us say, ‘This is it!’”
With deep gratitude to STAY, all eyes are on Stray Kids as they continue their global run through the end of the year.
