Veteran comedian Ji Sang-ryeol (55) has gone public with his relationship with TV shopping host Shin Bo-ram (39).
On the Nov. 29 episode of KBS2's "Mr. House Husband Season 2," castmates pressed Ji about where things stand. "We're seeing each other and keeping it warm," he said with a smile, adding, "Saying 'we're officially dating' still feels a bit awkward."
When asked how often they talk, Ji noted, "Since she goes live on air, I always check, 'Is now a good time to call?' before reaching out."
Prodded about whether he's met her parents, Ji shared that Shin's family runs a samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup) restaurant in Seoul's Nowon district―and even rattled off items from the menu. When co-stars teased, "So you've been there," he got adorably flustered. MC Eun Ji-won joked, "I hear Boram's mom is really beautiful," and Ji's instant agreement drew big laughs.
Back in August, "Mr. House Husband 2" aired Ji's blind date with Shin, set up by fellow comedian Yeom Kyung-hwan.
