A harrowing twist is coming to "Dynamic Kiss": Ahn Eun-jin’s character, Go Da-rim, is abducted and held captive.
The SBS Wednesday-Thursday drama has exploded on Netflix, hitting No. 1 among Korean series in Korea as of Nov. 16 and ranking No. 3 worldwide for the week of Nov. 10-16. Viewers are hooked on the crackling romance between Gong Ji-hyeok (played by Jang Ki-yong) and sunbeam-spirited heroine Go Da-rim (Ahn Eun-jin).
Episode 3 saw the pair reunite at work after an earth-shattering kiss―this time as team leader and subordinate. Unaware that Da-rim faked being a mom to land the job, Ji-hyeok mistakenly believes she’s a married parent, setting off a flurry of office sparring: he tries to push her out, she digs in to stay. The push-and-pull served up both butterflies and laughs.
Now, new stills from Episode 4 dial the tension way up. In the photos, Da-rim is bound and trapped in a dark, warehouse-like space, flanked by intimidating men in black suits. In another shot, she stares off with wide, startled eyes―hinting that something, or someone, has just appeared.
Da-rim has been barely keeping it together after her brother vanished in the wake of a major accident. With her mother’s surgery and hospital bills piling up, she’s hustled nonstop at part-time jobs and even posed as a mom to secure steady work. What fresh crisis has found her now―and can she survive it and make it back to the Mother TF Team?
According to the production, Episode 4 puts Da-rim in a major bind that will send shockwaves through her office life and her already tangled relationship with Ji-hyeok.
The high-stakes reveal unfolds in Episode 4 of "Dynamic Kiss", airing Thursday, Nov. 20 at 9 p.m. KST on SBS and streaming on Netflix.
