SBS’s Wednesday-Thursday rom-com “Dynamic Kiss” is already setting off fireworks at home and abroad. The series debuted at No. 1 among weekday dramas and, on Netflix’s Nov. 10-16 charts, hit No. 2 in Korea (series) and No. 3 worldwide among non-English titles. The premiere closed on an earth-shattering kiss between leads Gong Ji-hyeok (Jang Ki-yong) and Go Da-rim (Ahn Eun-jin), leaving viewers fully hooked.
Episodes 1-2 chart the pair’s lightning-fast spark after that kiss, their forced separation, and a whiplash reunion. In the episode 2 ender, Ji-hyeok―still searching for Da-rim―ends up as an interviewer, while Da-rim, disguising herself as a married mom to get by, sits across from him as the applicant. The setup teases a full-on slow-burn of longing and misunderstandings to come.
Now, the production has dropped the much-buzzed “Get lost!” moment from a pre-launch teaser, confirming it lands in episode 3 airing on the 19th.
In newly released stills, Ji-hyeok glares, barely containing his temper, while Da-rim looks flustered and takes a step back. The images make it clear: Da-rim has joined the Mother task-force team at a baby-products company―where Ji-hyeok is team lead―and he’s completely convinced she’s a married mom.
From Ji-hyeok’s point of view, the woman who vanished after an earth-shaking kiss turns out to be a “married mother”? No wonder he snaps, “Get lost.” But Da-rim, who’s doing whatever it takes to make ends meet, isn’t about to back down. Her feisty comeback is adorable; his sputtering outrage provides the laugh-out-loud counterpoint.
“Tonight’s episode 3 kicks off their bickering office rom-com as team leader and team member,” the producers tease. “Convinced Da-rim is a married mom, Ji-hyeok’s roller-coaster emotions at work make him spectacularly dig himself into a hole. Please look forward to Jang Ki-yong and Ahn Eun-jin’s fizzy, lovable chemistry.”
