Super Junior’s DongHae has donated 30 million won to support children battling cancer.
On Oct. 15, the Korea Childhood Leukemia Foundation announced it received the contribution from DongHae, who serves as the charity’s ambassador. The gift marks both his birthday and the eighth anniversary of his ambassadorship.
The funds will help cover medical expenses for children undergoing treatment for pediatric cancer and rare, hard-to-treat illnesses.
Since 2017, DongHae has been an active KCLF ambassador, consistently championing young patients through donations and hands-on support.
He has joined studio shoots with child ambassadors and taken part in initiatives like the Dream Contest, among other meaningful projects.
