SEVENTEEN’s HOSHI made good on his promise to stay active right up to enlistment, leaving fans with plenty to hold onto.

After entering the Army training center on Sept. 16 to begin his mandatory service, the performance powerhouse turned up on the newly unveiled cover of Allure Korea’s October issue―a shoot completed before enlistment and revealed today (Sept. 25).

According to Pledis Entertainment, HOSHI teamed with British luxury house Burberry for the spread, serving fall-ready looks that underline his fashion cred. Known for explosive energy onstage, he leans into a quieter charisma and a moody, emotive aura here―showing a compelling contrast.

In the accompanying interview, he opens up about his music and his fans.

“When I make the music I feel confident about―and genuinely want to make―that’s when the real vibe comes through,” HOSHI says. “It feels like I’ve been running nonstop for 10 years as SEVENTEEN. When I think about CARATs, I can’t let time just slip by.”

HOSHI kept a packed schedule before heading off. In July and August, he and fellow member Woozi staged the HOSHI X WOOZI Fan Concert [WARNING] across five cities at home and abroad, drawing more than 100,000 attendees. On Sept. 16, he surprised fans with the solo single “TAKE A SHOT,” which climbed into the upper ranks of the iTunes Worldwide Songs chart.

The full editorial and interview are available in Allure Korea’s October issue as well as on the magazine’s website and social platforms.
