"Running Man" threw a celebration just for Kim Jong-kook.

On the Sept. 21 episode of SBS’s "Running Man", the cast went delightfully over the top to toast the wedding they’ve been teasing for 15 years.

Joined by Cha Tae-hyun, the members dove into a tongue-in-cheek “congratulatory delegation” race. Because Kim hates anything fussy, he had to clear missions to nix the most extra party options one by one.

Before the games, they swapped wedding stories ― from Cha Tae-hyun jumping in last-minute to sing for the couple to bestie Jang Hyuk showing up in a hermit-crab hat.

Yoo Jae-suk joked that Kim spent the day policing friends and castmates whenever he got the chance, keeping everyone in line.

And while the groom wanted to keep things “simple,” the ceremony still ran a full 90 minutes. “Had to,” Kim cracked. “I spent too much to cut it short.” Even so, the cast said they were genuinely happy and showered him with more congratulations.

Cha Tae-hyun kept the bit going, teasing that maybe the whole thing was staged ― that Kim might still be living at his old place. Kim shot back, “They were all paid extras,” keeping the laughs coming.

After every mission, the final celebration kicked off. Even with several “extra” options removed, the producers’ 15-years-in-the-making bash was gloriously over the top.

A live brass band blared, and a card stunt flashed cheeky “newlywed rules” for Kim: “Rule No. 1: No more plastic bag collection; Rule No. 2: Pumping only once a day; Rule No. 3: Three kisses a day.”

Fireworks popped, the cake was cut, and just as Kim tried to wrap things, Cha Tae-hyun joked, “Okay, bring her out!” sending the set into laughter.

“This is exactly why I kept it under wraps,” Kim said with a smile ― then thanked everyone for the over-the-top love.
