The "Running Man" cast is ready to spill the post-wedding tea on Kim Jong-kook’s big day.
On the Sept. 21 episode of SBS’s "Running Man", the crew turns a routine shoot into a full-on gabfest. Filming took place just three days after Kim tied the knot, so stories flowed nonstop.
With the ceremony held under tight security to protect his non-celebrity bride, emcee Yoo Jae-suk couldn’t resist roasting the newlywed. “I’ve never seen a groom shushing guests as he walked in,” he joked, keeping the good-natured teasing coming. The episode also reveals who shocked Kim with a jaw-dropping cash gift and the backstory behind a surprise serenade―fueling anticipation for the broadcast.
Turning up the heat is guest Cha Tae-hyun, who appears ahead of SBS’s highly anticipated fall music audition series "The Ballad of Us." A master at getting under Kim’s skin, Cha delivers sharp one-liners and plenty of laughs.
Producers went all out with a “Kim Jong-kook Wedding Celebration Party” concept for this week’s race, promising peak best-friend chemistry between the two stars.
