CGV will bring DAY6’s 10th-anniversary concert to the big screen with a live theatrical broadcast.
The band opens its DAY6 10th Anniversary Tour on Aug. 30-31 at Goyang Sports Complex in Goyang, and CGV will carry the Aug. 31 show live.
Since their 2015 debut, DAY6 has earned a devoted global following with airtight band chemistry and candid, resonant songs―and this live screening is set to celebrate that decade-long journey with fans.
In a first for a K-pop act’s standalone concert, the event will also be presented in SCREENX LIVE, expanding the action across three screens that wrap onto the side walls and pairing it with theater-grade sound for a near-onstage level of immersion. Expect full-throttle production, stirring live vocals, and real-time connection with the members―experienced from the comfort of a cinema seat.
CGV previously premiered DAY6’s 10th-anniversary film 6DAYS exclusively, and the live broadcast of DAY6 10th Anniversary Tour on Aug. 31 adds another can’t-miss way to mark the milestone with fellow 'My Days' at CGV.
Attendees of the SCREENX LIVE presentation of DAY6 10th Anniversary Tour will receive a Polaroid-style postcard―an exclusive, limited-edition CGV collectible.
The live screening of ‘DAY6 10th Anniversary Tour 〈The DECADE〉’ will roll out at more than 50 CGV locations nationwide, including CGV Gangnam, Gwangju Sangmu, Daegu, Daejeon Terminal, Dong Suwon, Dongtan Station, Masan, Seomyeon, Ansan, Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo, Wangsimni, Yongsan I’Park Mall, Ulsan Samsan, Uijeongbu, Incheon, Ilsan, Jeonju Hyoja, and Cheonan Pentaport.
