Disney+ mystery thriller "Nine Puzzles" took home a trophy at the 2025 International Streaming Festival’s Global OTT Awards.
At the May 24 ceremony held at the Busan Cinema Center’s outdoor theater, "Nine Puzzles" won Best OTT Original, underscoring both its commercial heat and critical acclaim.
Anticipation was sky-high even before release thanks to the team-up of director Yoon Jong-bin with stars Kim Da-mi and Son Suk-ku. Yoon, celebrated for "The Spy Gone North," "Kundo: Age of the Rampant," and "Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time," brought his muscular yet precise storytelling to this buzzy new series.
Blending classic whodunit thrills with sleek direction―and powered by standout turns from Kim Da-mi, Son Suk-ku, and a stacked supporting cast―the show kept viewers hooked throughout its run.
