Part two of Yoon Shi-yoon and his mother’s Mongolia adventure is on the way.

On the Aug. 17 episode of SBS’s "My Little Old Boy", the first installment of their trip aired, with the mother-son duo sharing for the first time their humble yet happy family story ― a moment that moved the studio panelists. The Aug. 24 broadcast picks up with the pair soaking in Mongolia’s vast wilderness.

This time, Yoon and his mom arrive at a ger set in the middle of the steppe. To keep his mom comfortable, Yoon booked a modern, amenity-packed ger ― then stunned the studio by unpacking a mountain of gear he’d hauled from Korea. As he lined up every item with military precision, his mom finally blurted, “Can we just hurry up and go?” sending the studio into laughter. The exact one-liner that floored everyone will be revealed on air.

The two also opened up about once living in a one-room unit and sharing a communal bathroom with other families. “Because of that, I’m still obsessed with keeping bathrooms spotless,” Yoon admitted. He added that he planned the trip so his mom ― who spent her 20s raising a child instead of enjoying her youth ― could finally savor a bit of it. His mother shared that she’d always felt she missed out on learning, and is now attending an adult school, working through a middle-school curriculum.

The final chapter of their Mongolia journey, along with more heartfelt conversation, airs Sunday, Aug. 24 at 9 p.m. on SBS’s "My Little Old Boy".
