On the 21st, Holt Children’s Services announced that Son recently made a meaningful contribution aimed at improving disability welfare.
Last December, Son uploaded a video to his YouTube channel showing him working a one-day shift as a barista at an “I Got Everything” cafe. I Got Everything is a program that installs and supports cafes inside public and private institutions to create sustainable jobs for workers with severe disabilities.
The video helped spotlight the mission behind I Got Everything, and Son’s easy rapport with his colleagues resonated with viewers. It also played a small but meaningful role in improving public perceptions of employees with severe disabilities.
Moved by the on-site conversations and warmth he experienced, Son chose not to let it end as a one-off moment. He turned that feeling into action by donating to Holt Children’s Services to help spread the value of giving.
The donation reflects his belief that interest shouldn’t be fleeting but sustained, underscoring a genuine commitment to advancing disability welfare and amplifying positive impact across society.
A Holt Children’s Services representative said, “We are deeply grateful for Mr. Son’s warm heart and continued interest. This donation will be used meaningfully to support stable work environments and improve welfare for people with disabilities.” The organization added it will continue programs that support independent living for people with disabilities.
Meanwhile, after signing with Gemstone E&M, Son has entered a new chapter. He remains active across TV, variety shows, concerts, and YouTube―as a member of god, in the unit HoooW, and as a solo artist.
