The legends of first-generation K-POP, H.O.T., are reuniting after six years.

The group H.O.T. will be headlining the Hanteo Music Festival at the Seoul World Cup Stadium on September 6th and 7th, where they will meet their fans.

Hanteo Global announced on the 23rd through an official press release, "H.O.T. will take the stage as the marquee performers of the Hanteo Music Festival, presenting a show that will last over 60 minutes, akin to a full-fledged concert." This complete group performance comes about six years after their last concert at the Gocheok Sky Dome in 2019, making it all the more significant as it precedes their 30th debut anniversary next year.

Notably, the second day of the festival, September 7th, marks exactly 29 years since H.O.T.'s debut. Having debuted in 1996 with 'Age of Violence' and followed with hits like 'Candy', 'Hope,' and 'We Are the Future', H.O.T. is hailed as the starting point and symbol of K-POP idol history.

This performance marks the first time in over six years for H.O.T. After officially disbanding in 2001, the members went their separate ways but reunited in 2018 through the MBC television show 'Infinite Challenge,' holding solo concerts at the Jamsil Main Stadium and Gocheok Dome, proving their undiminished popularity.
