The search for the next 'Supermodel' is on.
The '2025 Supermodel Contest' has kicked off its recruitment phase, accepting applications both online and in-person from July 8th to August 21st. The competition is open to men and women over the age of 16, with no restrictions on height, modeling experience, marital status, agency affiliation, or nationality.
A teaser video released on the 8th for the '2025 Supermodel Contest' features winners from the '2023 Supermodel Contest', proclaiming "The moment you dream of is when your runway unfolds," and "Your moment is the beginning of being a model," signaling the start of the 2025 contest.
The 'Supermodel Contest', now in its 31st year, is the undisputed top model scouting event in South Korea. It has been the gateway for models such as Lee So-ra, Hong Jin-kyung, Han Go-eun, Han Ye-seul, So Yi-hyun, Lee Da-hee, Lee Hyun-yi, Nana, Lee Sung-kyung, Jin Ki-joo, and Shin Seung-ho to enter the modeling world and rise to stardom.
This year's contest aims to discover the best models with the talent, passion, and flair to make it not only in fashion but also in entertainment and other fields. With supermodel alumni making waves across the entertainment industry, anticipation is high for the emergence of new talents in the '2025 Supermodel Contest'.
