Singer KCM is set to become a father of three. He shared the joyful news along with a new song.
On the 8th, KCM announced on his social media, "Just like the song 'You're the Prettiest to Me' that's being released today, another most beautiful gift has come into this world. I'm going to be a dad for the third time. Please congratulate me."
Along with a sonogram of the fetus, he shared, "I'm sharing this happy news first through a song. This track was inspired by the news of our third child, and how beautiful, grateful, and lovely my wife and family are," he explained. He continued, "I'm always thankful. I'll sing even harder," expressing his special feelings towards his third child with the hashtag '#TheThirdOneWasReallyASurprise'.
Fellow celebrities also joined in to congratulate KCM.
Close friend and singer Hyun Jin-young said, "Everyone treasures and protects their family with all they've got. The KCM I know, Kang Chang-mo, is a man who cares for and protects his family with a sense of responsibility like no other. Sometimes, he's admirably cool," he sincerely congratulated.
Hyun Jin-young added with a playful joke, "I guess I should start writing a song for my wife starting tomorrow too. The title will be 'My Love, Can You Give Me More Allowance?'" bringing laughter. He affectionately referred to KCM as an uncle who just got a new niece/nephew," showing his close bond.

KCM became legally married in 2021 to his wife, who is nine years his junior and not a celebrity. He first revealed in a broadcast last March that he has two daughters, born in 2012 and 2022, which also garnered attention.
