The first unit of the group Big Ocean, 'Big Ocean JJ,' is set to make its debut.
On the 1st, the group's agency, Parastar Entertainment, announced, "The first unit of Big Ocean, 'Big Ocean JJ,' featuring members PJ and JISEOK, will release 'BUCKET HAT' on various music sites at 6 PM (KST) on the 9th."
The agency further excited fans by revealing, "The 'BUCKET HAT' music video and performance will be premiered for the first time at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) 'AI for Good' assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, on the 9th."
'BUCKET HAT' is a track that combines a performance-focused composition with the sound and groove of the 2000s. It playfully captures the thrill of living in the moment, with a touch of flirtation and the ambiance of the night.
Big Ocean has introduced a new fashion statement by incorporating the Korean dragon robe pattern into the street-savvy bucket hat, which serves as the main visual. The use of the bucket hat in their dynamic performance and the exchange of 'sign language rap' adds both auditory and visual enjoyment to their signature performance.
Meanwhile, Big Ocean will uniquely attend the 'Anime Friends 2025' festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as the only K-pop artist on the 3rd.
Following this, Big Ocean will embark on their second European tour 'Underwater,' with stops in Warsaw, Poland on the 11th; Copenhagen, Denmark on the 12th; Lille, France on the 14th; Athens, Greece on the 17th; and Mainz, Germany on the 19th. They will then continue their tour in the United States, performing in Minneapolis on the 27th; Las Vegas on the 29th; Kansas City on the 31st; New York on August 1st; Washington D.C. on the 7th; Raleigh on the 9th; and Atlanta on the 10th, covering a total of seven cities.
