Hip-hop artist Gill from Leessang, at the age of 47, has announced his return to YouTube, shocking fans with a promise to grow his hair for the first time in 27 years since his debut.
In a notice posted on his previously used YouTube account 'Shining Gil Sung-joon', Gill shared, "I have an announcement to make." He continued, "On the 17th at 7 PM, I will be moving to a new YouTube channel 'LeessangGill' and the content will be completely revamped."
Additionally, Gill threw down a daring challenge, "If I reach 100,000 subscribers within 100 days, I will grow my hair for 100 days. The burning question many of you have had, 'Can Gill actually grow hair?' will be answered in this direct challenge." This marks a radical departure from the bald look he has maintained for the past 27 years since his debut.
He also added, "As an extra event, I will select fun comments every week for 100 days and offer a buffet meal with me. One person will be chosen each week." This announcement has sparked enthusiastic responses from fans.
