'Spring of Youth' stars Ha Yoo-jun, Lee Seung-hyub, Kim Shin, Seo Dong-sung, and crew are set to hit the stage as 'The Crown' at the 'Beautiful Mint Life 2025' festival today.
The SBS youth drama 'Spring of Youth' (written by Kim Min-chul, directed by Kim Sung-yong) is a youthful music romance that follows the story of Sagye (Ha Yoo-jun), a star of the top K-pop band group, who gets kicked out of the team and, through twists and turns, starts college life where he fatefully meets Kim Bom (Park Ji-hu) and makes a splendid comeback.
In reality, rookie band AxMxP's vocalist Ha Yoo-jun and 11-year veteran band N.Flying's leader Lee Seung-hyub have been captivating audiences with their performances as Sagye and Seo Tae-yang, respectively, matching both in their feelings for Kim Bom (played by Park Ji-hu) and their musical talents. Especially in episode 7, Sagye announced his comeback as 'Two Sagye', and the new leader of 'The Crown', Seo Tae-yang (Lee Seung-hyub), continued his fervent activities despite Sagye's warning, igniting a rivalry.
On the 13th, Ha Yoo-jun, Lee Seung-hyub, Kim Shin, Seo Dong-sung, and the crew will perform the 'Spring of Youth' soundtrack 'SEE YOU LATER' on stage at the 'Beautiful Mint Life 2025' festival under the name 'The Crown'. This performance is a collaboration between AxMxP and N.Flying, showcasing the 'Old and New, The Crown'. The main soundtrack of 'Spring of Youth', 'SEE YOU LATER', features different versions sung by former member Ha Yoo-jun and new member Lee Seung-hyub, each delivering a unique emotion, promising to captivate the audience with their diverse charms at the festival.
Moreover, this stage is supported by N.Flying's Lee Seung-hyub and Seo Dong-sung, who appear in 'Spring of Youth' as 'The Crown's Seo Tae-yang and Ino, respectively. They stepped up to support the festival debut of AxMxP, generating warmth. AxMxP, who made a splash with the refreshing 'SEE YOU LATER' as the first soundtrack of 'Spring of Youth', is expected to prove their monster rookie status by dominating not just the music charts but also the stage.
Additionally, the rock version of 'SEE YOU LATER', which became a hot topic in episode 7, is expected to explode with enthusiasm from the audience, based on Lee Seung-hyub's charismatic vocals and Seo Dong-sung's passionate chorus. The upcoming 'Beautiful Mint Life 2025' festival will showcase a grand integration of the 'Spring of Youth' universe and a charm battle on stage, with the five members transforming into 'surprise promo fairies', drawing keen interest.
The production team stated, "'The Crown' from 'Spring of Youth' will continue to present fantastic stages that pop out of the drama and induce fandom through real-life performances at festivals and more. The escalating confrontation between 'Two Sagye' and 'The Crown' will bosoundtrack the intense narrative of 'Spring of Youth'. We ask for your high expectations."
Meanwhile, 'Spring of Youth' airs every Wednesday night at 10:40 PM.
