This decision was made after thorough discussions with Netflix while we were working on Season 3."

Meanwhile, 'Squid Game 3' follows the story of Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae), who re-enters the game with a personal agenda only to lose his closest friend, the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) who infiltrated the game in disguise, and the survivors of the brutal game as they face their final fates. With its fresh setup and compelling storyline, the last chapter of 'Squid Game' continues to shock and captivate audiences worldwide, sparking a global phenomenon.
Once again, Director Hwang Dong-hyuk takes the helm as director, screenwriter, and producer for this season, featuring Lee Jung-jae, Lee Byung-hun, Yim Si-wan, Kang Ha-neul, Wi Ha-jun, Park Gyu-young, Lee Jin-uk, Park Sung-hun, Yang Dong-geun, Kang Ae-shim, Jo Yu-ri, Chae Gook-hee, Lee David, Roh Jae-won, Jeon Seok-ho, and Park Hee-soon, who together bring the characters’ final destinies to life with a solid ensemble performance.
